We were asked to re-brand and act as on-going consultants for a translation agency. They were formerly named ‘Translation Services 24’ and used SEO as their primary acquisition strategy. Google updates massively impacted their business and we identified the need for them to ‘create’ a brand and place larger importance on customer retention. Their old name worked well in the post 2013 online market place, but we identified it as a major obstacle to their growth since. We provided them with a complete re-brand, segmented some of their key services, and created a five year marketing strategy. We continue to consult for them and they outsource a portion of their day to day marketing to Brand Development.
